Omg, the location! 😍 literally a subway ride from times square, perfect for theater lovers. Rooms are cozy but dark, and a weird smell on the 12th floor. Overall, a great stay! 😊

The hotel's central location in New York was fantastic, with plenty of nearby amenities. Despite noise from the bustling street and small rooms, the friendly staff, complimentary drinks, and reasonable price made for a pleasant stay. On the downside, the cleanliness and maintenance left something to be desired.

Efficient, outstandingly accommodating employees are despite our request to front desk staff when we left for sightseeing in the morning.

Only downside was some street presence, but it didn't spoil our overall awesome NYC experience.

Unlimited tea and coffee in the lobby made mornings a breeze, and nearby you've got Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery & Grill serving up island flavors and Aya Sushi with the freshest bites in town.

Despite the charm, I made the check-in late and got a room in the basement that felt more like a shoebox. Upside? It added a touch of underground cool.

Fairly good room, exceptionally comfortable bed and large bathroom. The restaurant was pleasant and offered cool dishes. They had an early check-in. Had access to its wifi, it was good❤❤

Appreciated that the place was clean and rooms and staff were excellent. I booked a room with a big bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe.

During my recent business trip to New York, my director chose Red Collection for our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary passes to Planet Fitness available at the reception. It was convenient to have access to a well-equipped gym to stay on track with my fitness routine while away from home.

So convenient to hit up the hottest theaters and funky Brooklyn spots. Plus, with free WiFi and 24-hour room service, we were living the dream. A neat perk was snapping pics with fake celebs at a closeby hotspot. Highly recommend for a fab NYC trip!

We were on the 11th floor and had a great view of the city. the hotel was conveniently located near Times Square and there were two parking garages across the street, making parking hassle-free. the parking prices were also very reasonable at $50 for 24 hours.

The rooms were smaller than expected and lacked amenities such as a microwave or refrigerator. Additionally, the ice machine was not functioning during our stay.

I recently stayed at Lord and Moris in a great location for 4 nights during my trip. The hotel's proximity to Times Square, Port authority, and the subway made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and up to date, and the hotel even offered a luggage storage service which was very handy. The staff, especially Jenny and Miss Irestine, were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I was able to easily explore the downtown area, visit Bryant Park, and conveniently catch transportation from the nearby terminal.
